How To Make An Appointment

To set your vaccine appointment, please visit the JAMCOVID Application portal by clicking the link below and following the outlined instructions:

  • Enter your mobile phone number.
  • A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Enter this code on the site to authenticate your account.
  • Fill in the information requested, choose a vaccination center and then schedule a date and time convenient to you.
  • You will receive an SMS confirmation of your appointment.
  • Arrive at the selected test center 15 minutes before the appointment time and carry your Identifications as specified. Late arrivals or lack of identification will result in cancellation of your appointment and you may have to rebook a new appointment.
